Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship all orders via USPS or UPS.  We strive to ship out all packages within 48 hours after purchase, with many of our orders going out the same day, Monday through Friday. 

Shipping is currently being offered for a $3 flat rate to locations in the USA for orders under $3. Shipping is FREE for orders $25 or more. You also have the option of selecting USPS Priority Mail during checkout for $15. These orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days depending on your destination location. This is NOT guaranteed due to the current state of the USPS. But it does mean we will ensure your order gets out ASAP and with Priority Mail service.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally, but please understand that Kindship Cards is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply.  Please confirm fees and regulations with your local customs office.  For a shipping quote, please email us at hello@kindshipcards.com or give us a ring at (253) 328-4967, and let us know what you'd like to purchase, the exact shipping address, and how quickly you need your package to arrive.

Expedited Shipping

If you have special circumstances requiring expedited delivery, please email us at hello@kindshipcards.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We can usually ship UPS or Fedex 2 day or overnight with additional fees.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your cards to return them for any reason. Unless items arrive damaged or not as ordered, the customer is responsible for paying any and all shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your card(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, completely unused and in the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are requested for all damaged items, so we can make a claim with our shipping provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
